Why is this blog so ugly?

One of the things that kept holding me back from creating this blog was that I had these dreams of creating a frontend with React and Material that would be beautiful and easy to use. I would dream of it but then file it away and the blog never happened. I bought Robert Greene’s The Daily Laws and the first month is doing it instead of worrying about the details. That is why this blog uses the default WordPress layout. No frills, no worries about theme or plugins. My priority was to get the blog started. Now that I have done that, I can begin to evolve the blog into something that I can be proud of aesthetically while fulfilling my goal of writing more.

My new blog!

It has been awhile since I last had a blog. My goal with this blog is two-fold. First, a place for me to keep track of and document my work. Keeping in Google Keep or Mac Notes is fine but having somewhere public allows me to share those notes and findings. The second is to create a place where people can go to find answers to problems that I have solved or found answers to.

That’s it.
